The Install
To ensure a risk free excavation our project team will survey outside your front door testing for pipes and services with our thermal testing equipment. We will then carefully lift the surrounding floor paving slabs, block work or tarmac to begin digging the pit. We will then excavate the pit and set a solid reinforced pre cast formation into the floor ready for the Sesame lift. The lift will then be installed and the surrounding area including the lift plate will be re clad with the original or the matching sourced paving slabs, block work or tarmac. If you are not 100% satisfied with the finish then we will give you your money back, guaranteed.
Suitable for Internal or External Installations
All the metal elements are rust protected or water tight. The pit is fitted with a sump pump that will drain away the rain water. The hydraulics and electrics come in a small water tight cabinet that can be fixed out of sight down the side of your house or inside depending on your buildings layout and the available space. This cabinet comes in a range of colours.
